Waste Burning

Waste Burning Gas Separation Solution

Oxygen-rich combustion can reduce the formation of dioxins and secondary pollution during waste burning. Air is enriched to approximately 25%–30% oxygen and introduced through the secondary-air system.

Higher oxygen concentration improves ignition and complete combustion, reduces excess air, promotes slag melting and helps fully decompose toxic organic gases while saving energy.

Engineering Approach

PKU PIONEER evaluates gas demand, purity, operating profile, site conditions and project economics before developing the process and equipment configuration.

  • 01Improved ignition conditions
  • 02More complete combustion
  • 03Reduced secondary pollution
  • 04Lower energy consumption
